How long is your processing time?

Due to all items being handmade, please allow a minimum of 1-3 weeks for you order to be processed. 

How can I clean my sewn goods?

For light cleaning, simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap.  For a deeper clean, you may gently hand wash it in cold water and then lay it flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry or use bleach.  

Do you accpet returns, exchanges, and cancellations? 

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a cancellation.  After 24 hours, your order has already enetered prodction or processing.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier (ex. Usps) directly for any delivery issues.
